Use Metric Measurement System
Remember, in science we always use the Metric System of Measurement.  In your experiments at home, if you used a standard unit of measure you can convert it to a metric measurement.  I like the following website to do those conversions:  http://www.worldwidemetric.com/metcal.htm
Homework information
Regular homework is not assigned in my class.  Occasionally, classwork that is started in class will need to be finished at home.

Students should take their science notebooks home each night to review the notes, questions, and definitions for the unit we are working on at the time.  This way studying for a test will not be left to the last night.  Unannounced quizzes will check for learning along the way.
